一、PI简介
苏素文,女, 医学博士，教授，博士生导师。1993年毕业于mg游戏平台电子手机版下载临床医学系，同年留校任教；2003年获得mg游戏平台电子手机版下载生理学专业博士学位；2004年以国家自然科学基金委公派留学人员的身份到日本大阪大学从事博士后研究，2006年回国。共发表SCI论文20余篇（影响因子共计21.22），分别作为第二、三主研人获河北省科技进步奖3次。作为编委参编《人民卫生出版社》出版的国家规划教材2部。2008年被评为mg游戏平台电子手机版下载优秀教师。为国家自然科学基金委函审专家和河北省毒理学会常务理事。作为主研人或主持人完成国家863、国家自然科学基金等多项科研课题。现为mg游戏平台电子手机版下载医学与健康研究院创新药物研究与评价中心的PI。
二、研究方向
主要关注两方向的内容：1）药源性心脏疾病的发生发展的分子细胞学机制研究。主要对乌头类中药及抗肿瘤药物产生心肌损伤的分子细胞学机制，特别是抗肿瘤药物阿霉素心肌病发生发展的分子细胞学机制进行较为系统的研究。2）药源性心脏疾病的药物防治研究。主要对一些已经确定有心血管保护作用的中药单体成分在阿霉素所致心肌损伤中的保护作用进行了探讨和分析。
